It can't be said 'Commission'. However, there are some expenditures, which the organizing School has to incur at its Center. So, a little genuine amount of expenditure is paid to the organizing School as 'Center Expenditure'. It is clarified here that ours is a charitable institute. It runs on 'No Profit - No Loss' basis.
